Introducing Erick Poulton

We are thrilled to welcome aboard Erick Poulton as the manager of our south Langley winery. In hospitality since the age of 16, Erick brings more than 25 years of industry experience to Township 7, working in 5 Diamond/5 Star Hotels and Resorts throughout the world. His journey began as a teenager in the kitchens of local Lower Mainland restaurants with the desire to be a Chef. After joining the Fairmont Hotels and Resorts in Food and Beverage service, he transitioned to the front of house, supervising and managing in many of Canada’s top hotel and resort restaurants including: Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Royal York, Algonquin, and Banff Springs. An opportunity to work with a Three Michelin Star Chef led to management positions at the Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts in Dubai. In 2018 he returned to Canada as Director of Food and Beverage for the luxury heli-skiing pioneer, Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing, overseeing their world class summer and winter operations.  Finally in 2020, after over two decades in hospitality his passions for food and beverage, wine, and people were brought together at Township 7.  An avid golfer, when not in the tasting room, Erick can be found with his wife Evgeniia enjoying the beautiful golf courses in the Fraser Valley.
