• Sales are subject to availability.
• Mixed cases are allowed!
• Shipping and delivery charges are not included in prices.
• A 10¢ bottle deposit will be added for each bottle purchased.
• All wine prices include appropriate taxes and are subject to change without notice.
• Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of Canada due to Customs regulations.
• In extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay the shipments to ensure the highest quality of product at the time of arrival.
• You must be of legal drinking age in your province of origin to place an order.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

Upon receipt of your returned shipment, we will process a refund for the amount of purchase, less third party transit carrier imposed fees. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used at time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

AGREEMENT TO INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION TRANSFERS

If you are located in the European Union, the United States or elsewhere outside of Canada, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to Canada. By using any of the site or providing information to Township 7, you fully understand and consent to the transfer, collection, storage and processing of the information in Canada.
