2024 Harvest – a true tale of sustainability

As harvest wraps up, we’re thrilled to share some exciting news! Alongside sourcing premium fruit from Washington State, we were also fortunate to secure a small selection from Four Palms Farm in Sonoma County’s renowned Russian River Valley. This vineyard, owned by our General Manager, Mike Raffan (a Township 7 family member since 2006), produces beautiful Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah. Grapes we’re eager to see our winemaking team transform into something truly special.

Throughout this journey, we focused on sustainability as the guiding force. We chose to bring in whole grapes, which means our talented team is fully engaged in every part of the winemaking process. This decision not only preserves sustainable employment but also enriches our team’s expertise by working with diverse terroirs and new regions.

For us, sustainability goes beyond the vineyard; it’s about people, employment, and the communities of Naramata and South Langley. Although this year’s harvest includes grapes from outside our region, each bottle will reflect the local passion, skill, and quality that define Township 7.
