Am I a clubSEVEN member? Which package did I choose?

Simply sign in with your email address and password and click on ‘Account’. Under your Subscriptions it will show your membership type.

Can I switch membership types?

You can switch between membership types at any time.

What wines will be in my shipment?

The exact wines are chosen by our winemaker shortly before each shipment. We will send you an email with the list prior to shipping out. You can also login into your account to see what wines you received in previous shipments.

Can I choose the wines for my shipment?

The wines are chosen by our winemaker just prior to each shipment and within a subscription year you will receive a total of 24 bottles. However, if you have a particular favourite, you can always add it on to the shipment.

Do I need to sign up for a contract? Are there membership fees?

Nope. There are no contracts to sign, no start up fees, and no cancellation fees.

What happens if I get a bad or off bottle?

Oh no! We’re sorry. Bad bottles are an unfortunate reality of wine world and they do occur. If you do get a bad or off bottle as part of your package, let us know and we will ensure that a credit is applied directly to your account.

When will the next package be shipped?

The pre-shipment newsletter will be sent out 20 days prior to shipping. The cut-off date for changes and updates will be 2 weeks later. All shipping will commence on the 13th (or the next week if the 13th falls on a weekend) of the month that the shipments are in (ie. March, June or November).

I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?

If you will be away during the time of shipping, you can re-route your shipment to an address that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Simply log in and edit shipping details for current shipment.

Can I change the address my wine is shipped to?

If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address you can do this by logging in to your account and editing shipping address.

How many bottles come in each shipment?

Eight bottles are in each regular Wine Club package.

Can I add more wine to my package?

Absolutely, anytime. Just send us an email at club7@township7.com.

What additional wines are available to me?

As a Wine Club member you have access to more wines than anyone else. Email us at club7@township7.com for a current list of everything available.

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards will be processed on the cut-off date which is a week before shipping.

Can the courier leave my wine at my front door?

No. At no time can your wine be left unattended. It must be received by and signed for by someone 19 years of age or older.

I forgot my member number… How do I find it?

Log in to your account, under Your Account/view, you can find it in the right hand sidebar.

I am moving out of the country, can I cancel my membership with clubSEVEN?

Wine Club Members may cancel their wine shipment any time. Log in to your account and view it under Your Account/view and it will show in the right hand sidebar. If your cancellation notification is received after the wine club shipment has been sent out, your cancellation request will be applied to the following shipment.

Are there penalties or fees if I want to cancel?

No penalties, no fees, no hassles.
