Made with 100% Viognier, this wine is a blend of fruit from long time growers, Raju Vineyard in Osoyoos and Fool’s Gold Vineyard in Oliver. These warm sites ensures optimal ripeness for this Rhone variety, intensifying both the bouquet and the fruit-forward palate. The Viognier was fermented in stainless steel tank and 4 neutral French oak barrels to add texture to the palate. This vintage expresses vibrant aromas of pink grapefruit, lime, and honeysuckle. The palate is a lovely interplay of fresh passion fruit and citrus flavours, finishing with a gracefully rounded mouthfeel. Under 500 cases crafted!
