It’s our 22nd anniversary today and we are celebrating with the release of an elegant, new sparkling wine, seven stars Aurora. This lovely addition to our seven stars collection is named for the Goddess of Dawn, Aurora, whose tears created the sparkling morning dew. Crafted in the classic Méthode Champenoise style, our inaugural vintage of Aurora is a single vineyard Blanc de Noir from Stoneridge Vineyard in Okanagan Falls that was en tirage for 30 months. The wine shows the slightest bronze hue, displaying fragrant white strawberry, white peach and baked apple elements, and has a soft, subtle texture with a fine, creamy mousse. A persistent finish with finely tuned acidity and natural sugars contributes to a beautifully balanced sparkling wine, that like the Aurora Borealis brings illumination to the dark.
