Join our winemaking team in a sparkling seminar next month and learn why Méthode Champenoise wines are so special. You’ll taste your way through 6 vintages of our Traditional Method south Langley estate sparkling wines including our 2015 seven stars Sirius, along with the 2016 to 2020 vintages that currently are under en tirage.

Sirius is well, a serious wine!  Highly awarded out of the gate, it was honoured with a gold at the BC Lieutenant Governor’s Wine Awards this fall.  Wine critics across Canada have described it as:

  • 95 points: “An elegant wine with a good mousse and aromas of citrus mingled with delicate brioche notes…” John Schreiner
