Celebrate BC Wine all month long

April is officially BC Wine month, though for us that is every month! We’re proud to be a part of the local British Columbia wine industry — with 929 vineyards planted, supporting over 12,000 jobs, and contributing $2.8 billion annually to the province!

What better way to kick off BC wine month than with sparkling wine? Master of Wine Rhys Pender started his month of BC wines with our new 2017 Seven Stars Polaris. Check out his Instagram video. (This vintage was recently rated 93 points and described as “nervy, outstanding, pristine” by wine critic Daenna Van Mulligen!) Similarly, wine and food writer Tim Pawsey recommends joining a local wine club (or two or three) and provides 5 reasons why you should buy BC Wine online on his Hired Belly blog.

With April’s arrival and the change to spring hours, our Naramata Bench winery will be open daily starting this Monday, April 6th from 10 am to 5 pm. Our Langley winery is open daily from 11 am to 6 pm. Both locations are offering retail sales and curbside pickup of wine orders. (No tastings at this time).

In these tumultuous times, we thank you for your loyalty and encourage you to buy local, supporting your local farmer and the small businesses in our community. We’re continuing our SUPPORT, SHIP & SIP charity campaign for the next few weeks, offering free delivery across Canada (minimum 4 bottle order) and will make a $10 charity donation with each delivery order to the B.C. Hospitality Foundation. The BCHF assists hospitality workers facing financial crisis due to medical issues. Use coupon code SUPPORT10 in your shopping cart checkout.
