Given the tremendous response we’ve received from customers, we’re extending our Support, Ship and Sip charity campaign until the end of this month, with the goal of reaching $5,000 in donations!
We first announced the partnership with the BC Hospitality Foundation (BCHF) just over three weeks ago, with the non-profit to receive partial proceeds from the sale of Township 7 wine until today. To help meet the needs of hospitality workers in severe distress, Township 7 is donating $10.00 per online order to the BCHF (minimum 4 bottles per order). Included in this offer, Township 7 is providing free delivery across Canada. The wines are available on our website under the code SUPPORT10 (at checkout).
A shout out to the media for helping spread the word about this charity fundraiser! CityTV Vancouver’s Breakfast Television highlighted our work with the BCHF in their ongoing “Operation Support Local” segment. As well, Darren Oleksyn, the wine critic for the Calgary Herald wrote about our efforts in his article, “B.C. wineries weather COVID-19 uncertainties as typically busy season approaches.”
