The 2020 Benchmark Series Pinot Noir: A polished and finely textured single vineyard Pinot Noir, this vintage combines two Burgundy clones: 115 and 667. This wine displays dark cherry and fresh raspberry aromas, complimented by a delicate earthiness. On the palate, the fruit up front is accented by savoury notes that finish with silky tannins, giving this well-structured wine good length. The grapes are from long-time growers at Remuda Vineyard in Okanagan Falls. Their sustainably managed property has glacial till soils with abundant gravel and boulders for excellent drainage. A limited 400 cases were produced, making this wine a true treasure.

The 2019 seven stars Aurora: Honoured with a Gold at the 2023 National Wine Awards of Canada, 2019 seven stars Aurora is an elegant traditional method sparkling wine named for the Goddess of Dawn. Ancient Romans believed Aurora brought light to the heavens and earth, and her tears created the sparkling morning dew. This vintage of seven stars Aurora is a single vineyard Blanc de Noir made with 100% Pinot Noir fruit from Stoneridge Vineyard, now 25 years old, in Okanagan Falls. Situated on a southwest facing hillside overlooking the meandering Okanagan River by Vaseaux Lake, the terroir is ideal for sparkling grapes. The intense south Okanagan summer heat is tempered by the coolness of its elevation and proximity to the river. The low-yielding fruit from Pinot Noir clone 115, comes in at just under two 2 tonnes per acre. The wine was left en tirage for 30 months to ensure the development of classic autolytic characters. The appearance of the wine is pale yellow with a light copper hue indicative of the red grapes it was made from. A creamy mousse with a nose of orange blossom and honey compliments the cleansing acidity. A persistent finish with finely tuned acidity and natural sugars contributes to a delicately balanced sparkling wine, that like the Aurora Borealis brings illumination to the dark. A wine club exclusive, only 250 six bottle cases were made.

The 2018 seven stars Equinox: Named for the harmonious balance between day and night, this sparkling Rosé is a pure expression of 100% Pinot Noir delight. This single vineyard Pinot Noir is crafted with handpicked grapes from Dwight and Arnie Gash’s sustainably managed Remuda vineyard in Okanagan Falls. This vintage of Equinox shows red fruit characters, including wild strawberry, rhubarb, and Braeburn apple. The wine is complex due to the extended aging on lees and tannin profile. The mousse is creamy with a cleansing acidity, making this rich and luxurious wine round yet well-balanced. Like the perfect equilibrium of an equinox, this wine marries richness and harmony in every sip. A club exclusive, only 400 cases made, it was honoured with a Gold at the 2023 Pacific Rim Wine Competition.
