Cute bunnies, artisan chocolates, and wine for Easter. We’re thrilled to support the Small Animal Rescue Society (formerly BC Rabbit Rescue) again this year in our 7th annual Charity Easter Egg Hunt in our south Langley vineyard.
A popular community event that draws hundreds of families, it’s a fun afternoon of Easter goodies, live music, wine and of course bunnies with the volunteers from Small Animal Rescue. New this year, we’ve extended the fundraiser to BC Liquor stores where for the month of April we will donate a $1 for ever bottle of our Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc sold at the BCLDB to the Society. As part of the promotion, we’re holding a complimentary wine tasting paired with White Rock Chocolates at the Cambie & 39th liquor store in Vancouver on Sunday April 13 from 2-5 pm.
An all-volunteer BC based charity, the Small Animal Rescue Society’s primary focus is to rescue and re-home small animals in need. Neglected, injured and abandoned animals are their main priority. Since their inception in 2004, they’ve worked to provide a safe haven for small animals in need while promoting responsible pet guardianship through education, advocacy, and spay/neuter initiatives. Over the past decade they’ve successfully placed over 1,800 animals in homes.
Join us in supporting a great local cause this Easter! More details on the festivities is on our events page…
