Celebrate the holiday season and enjoy our seven stars 2019 POLARIS as only a few cases remain!
This stellar bubbly was just honoured with a GOLD medal at the exclusive Global Fine Wine Challenge, which is by invitation only and is restricted to the top 120 wines of each country competing – Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa & the USA. Country representatives make the best selections across 22 classes based on their intimate knowledge of their nations’ wines. The wines are transported to Sydney, Australia, and judged blind to discover the best that the New World has to offer.
Earlier this year, seven stars POLARIS was also awarded a GOLD and 92 points at the National Wine Awards of Canada, GOLD at the BC Lieutenant-Governor’s Wine Awards, and at the Cascadia International Wine Competition, in the USA.
It has earned 90 plus points from John Schreiner, Deanna Van Mulligen, Deborah Podurgiel, Julian Park, Jackie Blisson, Michael Godel, and Tony Aspler, to name a few of the renowned critics.
Chris Waters of the Globe & Mail, said “The 2019 vintage bubbly presents a bright and refreshing character with toasty notes that add richness and complexity to the lively and citrussy flavours that carry through to the fresh finish.” 91 points
Anthony Gismondi, states in the Vancouver Sun, “Look for a lively but fine mousse that offers citrus, green apple, and lees. Red apples and stone fruits disappear into a lean, tight, racy finish dotted with minerals and more subtle lees characters. Complex and sophisticated. It’s a delicious bottle.” 92 points
Eric Degerman of Great Northwest Wine Magazine in Washington State wrote, “Lively mousse greets the eye and nose to offer up citrus and fresh cut crisp green apple. These fruits are echoed on the palate accompanied with bright acidity and a long finish of more green apple and Crème Fraîche.” 96 points
Wishing you peace, joy and good cheer this holiday season!
