Weighty and beautifully creamy, this single vineyard wine was crafted with grapes from Hidden Terrace Vineyard in north Oliver. Situated near McIntyre Bluff by Vaseaux Lake, this premium vineyard is located 330 feet above Okanagan River. The higher altitude provides a slightly cooler growing environment producing beautifully elegant whites. The wine was spontaneously fermented in 100% French oak barrels, of which 16% were new. The barrels were hand stirred to increase lees contact and add roundness to the palate. This vintage shows fragrant granny smith apple, and citrus notes with hints of Madagascar vanilla and pineapple, accented by a distinct minerality and clean crisp finish. A club exclusive with only 200 cases made!
