We’ve crafted a Sangria recipe using our 2022 7 Blanc white blend, a harmonious mix of Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Viognier, Pinot Gris, and Muscat, creating a beautifully balanced and fragrant wine. Crafted with handpicked south Okanagan fruit, this unique blend expresses aromas of peach, key lime, lychee, and a hint of honeysuckle. The slightly off-dry palate offers a perfect balance between stone fruit, apple, and citrus, ensuring a delightful harmony of acidity and sweetness.
White Wine Sangria Recipe
Ingredients:
3¼ cups Township 7 Blanc
⅓ cup Triple Sec
⅓ cup peach-flavoured brandy
2 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
2 medium oranges, sliced thin and crosswise
1 cup sparkling orange soda
1 cup ginger ale
Method:
In a large serving bowl, combine all the ingredients except the orange soda and ginger ale and mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Immediately before serving, mix in the orange soda and ginger ale. We suggest for added colour and flavour mix in some thinly sliced lemons. Serve over ice.
