Join us this weekend for a celebration of our founding two decades ago. Township 7 was founded July 7, 2000 in the Township of Langley, and since that time we have expanded significantly with an additional winery on the Naramata Bench and estate vineyards located in north Oliver.
Both our wineries are holding special festivities for the weekend with cupcakes, live music, treats for the kids, and of course our renown sparkling wine! Pick up a bottle or a case of our popular seven stars Polaris sparkling wine, honoured with 93 points from wine critic Daenna Van Mulligen, who describes it as “nervy, outstanding, pristine…” Or join our seven stars club and enjoy our just released club only, seven stars Vega 2018, named for one of the most luminous stars in our night sky. Like the star, this effervescent sparkling wine is young, vibrant and full of character. This single vineyard wine is crafted with Viognier from Fool’s Gold Vineyard in Oliver, the grapes are picked with high natural acidity, which is maintained throughout the time in bottle. The wine was left en tirage for 12 months to ensure the bright aromatics of this classic Rhone variety were retained. Scents of pink grapefruit and mandarin orange are followed through on a lively palate that has a lovely hint of sweetness. Fantastic for celebrations of all kinds!
At our Naramata Bench winery enjoy the live music on Saturday from noon to 4 pm. At our south Langley winery enjoy the live music by Bianca Berkland on Saturday and Sunday from 1:30-4 pm. Cheers to twenty years!
