This vintage is crafted with Merlot grown on our Naramata Estate, along with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon from Sunshine Acres in Oliver. All varietals were sent directly to press resulting in a fresher more fruit forward juice. The grapes were cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain the delicate aromas and flavours.
The Rosé’s intense aromas of fresh strawberry, raspberry, and rhubarb are followed by a refreshing palate. Dry and balanced with good acidity, the wine is still juicy with creaminess and silky tannin for body and structure. Incredibly versatile, it’s lovely as an apéritif, with brunch or picnics.
