As a company with deep roots in the Fraser Valley, we believe in aiding others in our community. This past fall, we launched an initiative to raise funds supporting local farmers impacted by the devastating flooding here in British Columbia. In the spirit of 12 days of giving last December, Township 7 committed to donating and matching all tasting fees from our two wineries.
We are pleased to announce that Township 7 has donated $2500 to the B.C. Agriculture Council to support B.C. farmers affected by the flooding. Thank you for your generosity in helping us give back! At our south Langley winery, our wine shop manager Cody Karman welcomed Danielle Synotte, Executive Director, and Amy Dhanjal, Communications Manager, from the BCAC to present them with a cheque. All the proceeds are for their Fund for Farmers campaign, going directly to affected farmers. We’re thrilled to aid farm families in need on this Random Acts of Kindness Day!
