Autumn is near, and so is our exquisite 2021 Provenance Series Chardonnay! Savour the season with a glass of this elegant wine, a true expression of the harvest. Crafted from a small lot, the grapes were mainly sourced from Hidden Terrace Vineyard in Oliver, with a touch of Chardonnay from our Naramata Bench Estate. Just over 1/3 of this exceptional wine was fermented in French barriques, infusing it with depth and character. The remaining portion was fermented in stainless steel, preserving its natural acidity. The wine in barrel underwent partial malolactic fermentation to enhance the texture. This vintage boasts fresh notes of Ambrosia apple, pineapple, and citrus, beautifully complemented by a subtle spice aroma. The palate features delicate hints of vanilla, peach, and citrus, culminating in a lingering finish that will leave you craving more.
