An expression of the virtually endless decisions made from vine to vessel, Infinity is never quite the same with each taste or even each vintage. Infinity is a reflection of every precise choice made along the way to create an elegant red wine. Nothing is rushed, the focus of the winemaking is deliberate, and the enjoyment of it demands to be slow and luxurious.
The Infinite Series focuses on the art of winemaking as we aspire to perfection. Our Infinity red blend is crafted using winemaking techniques that create some of the most iconic wines in the world. Made with the best handpicked grapes from our estate Blue Terrace vineyard and Sunshine Acres nearby in Oliver. We used a low intervention process including 24 hours of gravity pressing, which enhances the wine’s silky tannin texture. Portions of only 3 barrels were chosen to ensure that Infinity is our finest red wine selection. Barrel aged for two years in French oak was followed by an additional 1.5 years of bottle aging prior to release.
This vintage expresses abundant black cherry, blackberry, cassis, and tobacco aromas. Similarly, the palate displays rich dark fruits, savoury notes, and silky ripe tannins. A robust, but beautifully balanced wine with exceptional length and fine tuned acidity on the finish. Only 44 cases crafted, available by limited allocation.
